Arrive at International Airport. Please clear immigration & visa formalities and collect your baggage to proceed to the arrival lounge. TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS executive will meet you at the arrival lounge holding a placard. Followed by a transfer to your accommodation.
Sightseeing tour visiting Boudhanath Stupa, Pashupatinath, Swoyambhunath Stupa, followed by Kathmandu Durbar Square, later in the evening enjoy welcome dinner
Today after breakfast, you will have a full day sightseeing tour of the Kathmandu Valley. Enjoy a city sightseeing tour with visits to Buddhist Stupa of Boudhanath-a colossal ancient stupa and the centre of Tibetan Buddhism in the world (time permitting) and Pashupatinath temple, the Temple of Lord Shiva situated on the bank of the Holy Bagmati River. In the evening, we shall proceed towards Swoyambhunath Stupa- also known as monkey temple amongst tourists, provides a fascinating view of the valley, surrounding hills and snow-capped mountain at the distance on a clear day. Continue our tour to the heart of Kathmandu-Kathmandu Durbar Square- one of the world’s highest concentrations of well-preserved ancient buildings, making for a stunning open-air museum. Later in the evening you will have a welcome dinner at a Nepali restaurant
Travel to Nagarkot, enroute visit Bhaktapur
Today we travel to Nagarkot, known for its views of Himalayas and an excellent place to witness the sunset and sunrise over Himalayan ranges (subject to weather conditions). For the Nature lovers and enthusiasts, there are many hiking opportunities available in and around Nagarkot. En-route visit Bhaktapur, an ancient city housing unique culture, tradition, arts and finest craftsmanship. Bhaktapur 14 km east of Kathmandu is a completely medieval world with well-preserved temples and monuments, the peasants and artisans, the town will take you in its spell. This well-preserved city is the home of medieval art & architecture and still retains its rich medieval aroma. A city of farmers, Bhaktapur is also known for its pottery and weaving. The major sightseeing places in Bhaktapur are The Durbar square, the Golden Gate, Palace of 55 windows, 5 storied Nyatapole Temple and Bhairavanath Temple etc. Thereafter continue your travel towards Nagarkot.

Hike to Changu Narayan and travel to Kathmandu
Morning drive to Telkot, to start the hike to Changunarayan. The hike will definitely be an amazing experience for people seeking to witness the beauty of nature. This hiking route is one of the most popular hiking routes around Kathmandu valley. It is a very beautiful and scenic hike to experience the culture and nature. The first part of the trail passes through the traditional mountain villages, terraced farmlands with local settlements and the another half way passes through the pine forests with occasional valley views on the south side before reaching the temple premises of Changu Narayan, dedicated to Supreme Hindu God Lord Vishnu. The temple is a UNESCO World Heritage site on top of the hill and renowed for it’s artistic wood carving along with stone carving. We later travel to Kathmandu.
