DAY 1

Assistance on arrival at Indira Gandhi International airport

Arrive Delhi, the Political Capital of India. Delhi is history, and the monuments are tablets on which the history is written. Every conqueror did his best to possess Delhi and make it his capital. It is not a single city but a combination of eight cities that have been established here from as early as 900 BC to 1930 when the British completed the construction of New Delhi as the capital of Imperial India. It is therefore not surprising that the monuments of Delhi successfully mirror the development of the architectural styles in the country. On arrival, once you have completed the Immigration formalities and collected your baggage, please proceed to the arrival lounge where you will be welcomed by the TOTAL HOLIDAY OPTIONS executive holding a placard who will assist you with a transfer.

    DAY 2

    Full day city tour of Old and New Delhi visiting Jama masjid, Chandni chowk with rickshaw ride, Bangla Sahib Gurudwara, Gandhi smriti and Qutub minar

    Morning enjoy the guided sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. Begin with Jama Masjid - the largest mosque in India built in red sandstone with a courtyard capable of holding 25,000 devotees. Thereafter visit the Old City of Shahjahanabad. Take a cycle rickshaws ride through the narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk. Walkthrough Chandni Chowk area, which has the famous street food shops. The tour of Old Delhi ends here. Afternoon visit Bangla Sahib Gurudwara, dedicated to 8th Sikh Guru Sri Harkishen Sahib. One can visit the main complex barefooted only, covering one’s head. Thereafter visit Gandhi Smriti, the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi is in Birla House, where he was shot dead. Conclude your day with a visit to Qutub Minar; being one of the most important landmarks of Delhi, with calligraphically decorated interiors and also inscriptions of verses of the Holy Quran.

    Travel to Agra

    Today travel to Agra; the home to India's most famous landmark, the Taj Mahal. A poem of white marble, the Taj is described as the most extravagant monument ever built for love. The city provides avid glimpses of Mughal architecture. Formerly the capital of the Mughal Empire, the culture and heritage still exists in the bylanes of the city alluring travelers from far ends of the globe.

Evening visit Kalakriti Cultural and Convention Center to witness the Mohabbat the Taj live show performed by more than 80 talented artists depicting the romantic love story of Emperor Shahjahan and his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal; the lavish lifestyle of Mughal era; emasculate hardship of the artisans for 22 years that created the most precious specimen of craftsmanship.     Morning visit Taj Mahal and Agra Fort followed by walking food tour

    Start your day at India’s iconic landmark, the Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World. This symbol of love, situated gracefully on the river Yamuna's banks, was constructed in the 17th century by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his queen. Crafted from pure white marble and adorned with semi-precious stones, it epitomizes Indo-Islamic architecture. Afterward, return to your hotel for breakfast. Later in the afternoon proceed to explore Agra Fort, commissioned by Emperor Akbar, showcasing a blend of Islamic and Hindu styles. Further embark on a captivating walking food tour, delving into local cuisine and culture. Start at the historic Sadar Bazaar, sampling diverse dishes reflecting generations of culinary artistry.     Travel to Jaipur

    Assistance on arrival followed by a visit to Elephant Village

    On arrival in Jaipur, you will be assisted with a transfer to your accommodation. Later embark on a unique adventure at Elefantastic, the premier elephant wildlife sanctuary in India, near Jaipur, Rajasthan.     Full day city tour visiting Amber fort with Jeep ride, en-route photo stop at Hawa Mahal and Jal Mahal; also visit to City Palace museum and Jantar Mantar followed by Puppet show with dinner

    Morning tour of Jaipur starts with a drive to Amber fort. En-route photo stop at Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace). The fort complex built of red sandstone and marble boasts of various edifices of prominence like the diwan-i-Aam, Sheesh Mahal, Shila Devi Temple & ‘Ganesh Pol’ gate that leads to private palaces of the royal. Next photo stop at Jal Mahal, built in the mid of the lake. Visit City Palace which boasts to have some of the priceless handwritten Hindu scriptures, miniature delicate paintings, preserved painted ceilings and the elephant saddles, also registered in the Guinness Book of Records to contain the biggest silver objects in the world. Further visit to Jantar Mantar; the famed observatory is a complex of astronomical instruments chiselled out of stone which provides fairly accurate information to the day. Later enjoy a traditional dance performance at the Narain Niwas Palace hotel’s garden restaurant which hosts folk artists and puppet shows followed by dinner.

    DAY 7

    Travel to Luni

    Morning after breakfast, travel to Luni. Located in Jodhpur district, this historic town is known for its fort, which has been converted into a heritage hotel, offering visitors a glimpse into Rajasthan's royal past. Luni is also famous for its traditional crafts, including pottery and metalwork, and it provides a peaceful retreat for travelers exploring the desert landscape of western Rajasthan.

    Enroute visit Mehrangarh Fort, later check-in at Fort Chanwa

    On arrival, check-in at Fort Chanwa, a heritage hotel. It is a stunning example of Rajput architecture and offers an opportunity to experience the grandeur of Rajasthan's royal heritage. Constructed in the late 19th century, Fort Chanwa was the residence of the Thakur of Luni until it was converted into a heritage hotel. The fort showcases intricate architectural details, including intricately carved jharokhas (balconies), stunning frescoes, and elegant courtyards.
