Upon arrival, you will be met and greeted at Taoyuan International Airport (TPE) and transferred to the hotel. Stay three nights in Taipei.
After breakfast, enjoy a city sightseeing tour of Taipei. Start with historical landmarks such as the Grand Hotel Taipei and National Palace Museum down to the classical Dadaocheng and Dihua Old Street. Later, visit Chiang Kai-shek Memorial, Cheng-en Gate, Longshan Temple for its old charm and Ximending Commercial District and Taipei 101 Observatory for a modern experience. Conclude your day with dinner at Michelin Bib Gourmand Restaurant - Din Tai Fung serving world-renowned Steamed Dumplings.
After breakfast, start your day excursion with a tea tour in Pinglin District and enjoy the stunning scenery of Thousand Island Lake and the endless rows of tea plantations. Stroll along Shenkeng Old Street and try some famous “Tofu”. Later, enjoy a soft hike along Elephant Mountain Hiking Trail to see the panoramic view that opens up before you.
After breakfast, drive to Sun Moon Lake, the biggest freshwater lake on the island and home to the Thao people, a group of Taiwanese aborigines. Enjoy a lake cruise and continue to Taichung. Visit and learn the history of Miyahara, today it is a restaurant and a retail store that serves traditional Taiwanese pastries, chocolates, bubble tea, and the locals’ favourite - ice cream! Rainbow Village, a creative park that is famous for its vibrantly painted houses and alleys. The quirky village is one of the most colourful spots in Taiwan and is a really fun place to visit. National Taichung Theater, an opera house designed by the famous Japanese architecture “Toyo Ito and Fengjia Night Market famous for its variety of snacks. Stay overnight in Taichung City.
After breakfast, leave for Taipei. En-route visit Chung-she Flower Garden offering a wide array of colourful flowers before arriving and spending a full day at the Leofoo Village Theme Park, one of the most popular amusement parks in Taiwan. The park features 4 areas: the Wild West, South Pacific, Arabian Palace and African Tribe. At South Pacific experience many exciting rides where Arabian Palace takes you on an Arabian journey with “One Thousand and One Nights”, to immerse yourself in the place where well-known bedtime stories come to life. Wild West is designed based on Tombstone Town of Arizona State, a famous mining town of the 19th century and you will find many exciting rides the Wild West, and experience the atmosphere of an old western town in America. Conclude your day with a visit to the African Tribe, the only safari zoo in Taiwan where a large number of wild animals can be seen. Stay overnight in Taipei.
After breakfast, tour finishes with a direct transfer to the Taipei airport.
