DAY 1

On arrival at the airport, meet your Tour Manager who will assist with the transfer to the hotel for three nights stay in Delhi.

DAY 2

After breakfast a tour briefing by your Tour Manager before we start the walking tour of Old Delhi. This tour will lead you through Dariba Kalan (silver market), Kinari Bazaar (wedding market), Spice Market and Paranthewali Galli. You’ll also see Ganj Sahib Gurdwara, Jama Masjid (Delhi’s famous mosque), Temples, all mingled in together. Lunch relish Mughlai cuisine in a local restaurant. Evening free to relax.

DAY 3

Today we join a Delhi City Walk run by Salaam Baalak Trust. Not only will you be learning about Delhi street life on this tour, but you will also be helping a good cause. The tour, through the streets of the inner city of Paharganj and the area around New Delhi railway station, is led by underprivileged children who have trained as guides. We later visit the historic village of Mehrauli, built around a Sufi shrine. Each monument in the area has a story to tell. Finally, visit Qutub Minar a World Heritage site, this is the tallest brick minaret in the world.

DAY 4

Transfer to board the morning train to Varanasi. Known for its cultural experience and one of the oldest living cities in the world. Evening walks through the local bazaar to witness the breathtaking evening Ganga Aarti ceremony. Stay two nights in Varanasi.

DAY 5

An early morning start with a heritage walk immerse yourself in the city’s hidden temples, lanes, ghats, bazaars. Enjoy a Sunrise boat ride on the Ganges to witness the perpetual movement of the pilgrims on the steps. After breakfast take an excursion to Sarnath where Lord Buddha preached his first sermon. Vegetarian Thali meal will be our dinner.

DAY 6

In time breakfast and travel to Lucknow, Known as ’The City of Nawabs’ and home to exceptional Islamic and British Rajera architecture, some fascinating bazaars and amazing food. Evening enjoys Culinary Walk and make you hop in, hop out of the traditional roadside eateries, making you try the best that is on the menu. Stay two nights in Lucknow.

DAY 7

Morning enjoy a heritage walk through the old city and visit Teele Wali Masjid and the landmark Bara Imambara. In the afternoon we will explore the traditional bazaar area on foot and visit craft workshops for zardosi and chikan embroidery. Awadhi cuisine will be your dinner today.

DAY 8

An early start to visit the Taj Mahal, the world’s greatest monument of love and devotion with its superb craftsmanship of semi-precious stones inlaid into the marble in beautiful patterns. Afternoon discovers narrow lanes of Kinari Bazaar, Lohar Gali and spice’s street.

DAY 9

Early morning visit the Taj Mahal, the world’s greatest monument of love and devotion with its superb craftsmanship of semi-precious stones inlaid into the marble in beautiful patterns. After breakfast discovers Agra by foot, the journey winds its way through the narrow lanes of Agra, where people can see the grand old havelies, the oriental markets of Kinari Bazaar, Lohar Gali and spice’s street.

DAY 10

This morning head for the city of Jaipur, popularly known as the Pink City. Enjoy heritage walk of hold city, designed to reveal some of this walled city’s hidden architectural gems as well as its street life. Stay two nights in Jaipur.

DAY 11

Start the day with a photo stop at Hawa Mahal before we reach the Amber Fort. Later visit the splendid City Palace and 18th Century observatory of Jantar Mantar.

DAY 12

Travel to Jodhpur also known as Blue city. Afternoon enjoy a walk to the Bustling Bazar of Old Jodhpur from a wholesale market to the local bazaar selling fresh vegitable and fruits. Stay two nights in Jodhpur.

DAY 13

Morning visit Mehrangarh Fort, founded in 1459 AD situated on a low sandstone Hill and Jaswant Thada, an imposing Marble Memoriam built in 1899. Afternoon excursion to a Mewari Village to visit the Banjara community, where the men earn their living by livestock farming and women work in the fields.

DAY 14

Moring, we travel to Udaipur. Evening join a guided heritage walk of the city and discover the hidden alleyways, meet locals and various artisans engaged in jewellery making, pottery and bamboo craft. learn about popular legends, living heritage and religious beliefs of this charming town. Stay two nights in Udaipur.

DAY 15

After breakfast visit Udaipur most iconic attraction “City Palace Complex “ with its marble and granite walls laden with miniature paintings, and decorated with tiles, glasswork and mirrors. Later visit the famous Jagdish Temple and on our way, we stop and meet various locals artisans engaged in jewellery pottery and bamboo craft. Concluded the day with a boat ride at Lake Pichola.

DAY 16

After breakfast tour finishes with the direct transfer to the Udaipur airport.
