DAY 1

On arrival at Delhi airport, meet your tour manager in the arrival lounge who will assist you to transfer to the hotel where you will receive a traditional welcome. Stay two nights.

DAY 2

After an outline of the tour, we visit Old Delhi, drive past the Red Fort, explore Chandni Chowk Bazaar by rickshaw, Jama Masjid and Qutb Minar. Afternoon, visit New Delhi and pay respect at the Gandhi Memorial. On our way back we drive past Presidential Palace and parliament house.

DAY 3

After breakfast transfer to board flight to Udaipur, a city of lakes, palaces and temples. The afternoon is free to explore the city. Stay two nights.

DAY 4

Start sightseeing tour with a visit to Saheliyon Ki Bari Gardens, the Folk Museum and Mewar Art Gallery. We also visit the City Palace and walk through the local streets and shops. Conclude your day with a relaxing cruise on Lake Pichola.

DAY 5

Today we travel to Jodhpur and visit the intricately carved 15th Century marble Ranakpur temples, the largest Jain temple complex in India. Stay two nights.

DAY 6

The morning we visit Mehrangarh Fort and the museum located in the Umaid Bhawan Palace. Enjoy an auto rickshaw ride through the market followed by a walking tour through the local vegetable and spice market.

DAY 7

Journey through the colourful countryside to Jaipur. This afternoon we enjoy some shopping at the local bazaar in Choti Chopper located inside the walled city. Stay two nights.

DAY 8

Start sightseeing tour with a photo stop at Hawa Mahal (Palace of the Winds) and visit Amber Fort. This afternoon, visit the City Palace and Jantar Mantar and end the day with cultural evening and dinner.

DAY 9

Today we head to Ranthambhore National Park, one of the most famous tiger reserves in Rajasthan. Evening free to explore the narrow streets of this small town. Stay two nights.

DAY 10

Enjoy a morning and afternoon canter safari around the game reserve with an estimated area of 400sq km. Spot various wildlife species of animals, birds and reptiles and if lucky, see a Royal Bengal Tiger.

DAY 11

This morning we travel to Agra en-route stopping by the ghost city of Fatehpur Sikri. Visit palaces, Tomb of Shaikh Salim Chisti and understand the reason behind the creation of a new Mughal city that was abandoned just a few years later. Stay two nights.

DAY 12

Early this morning we view the Taj Mahal as the sun is rising. Later we visit a marble inlay workshop followed by Agra Fort and Itimad-ud-Daulah Tomb also known as Baby Taj.

DAY 13

After breakfast travel to Lucknow. Known as ’The City of Nawabs’ and is an intriguing blend of old-world charm, beautiful architecture, warm hospitality, and rich heritage. The city has carved a niche by attracting gastronomes, for the want of discovering and re-discovering the Awadhi Cuisine. This is the place that has a full colony of chefs called, ‘Bawarchi Tola’ and also the full street, where one can find the best from Lucknow’s very own traditional kitchens. In the evening enjoy a walking food tour which allows you to hop-in, hop-out of the world-famous traditional roadside eateries. Stay two nights.

DAY 14

Enjoy a city sightseeing tour and visit Bada Imambara, a famous monument of Lucknow, Government Museum. In the afternoon visit a chikan workshop that will mesmerise you as you watch skilled workers delicately working in unique styles and stitches on very light cotton cloths. Also, take a leisure walk in Hazrat Ganj and Aminabad local bazaar.

DAY 15

An early morning transfer to board the express train to Varanasi. Afternoon we visit silk weaving village to see few remaining artisans carry out this centuries-old work. Evening, enjoy heritage walk to the Ghats and witness grand Ganges prayer ceremony. Stay two nights.

DAY 16

Start city tour with a sunrise boat ride on the River Ganges followed by a short heritage walk through the old city. After breakfast enjoys a city tour and an excursion to Sarnath. Evening free to explore this oldest spiritual town.

DAY 17

After breakfast transfer to board your flight to Delhi. The remainder of the day is free to explore or go shopping. Stay overnight.

DAY 18

Transfer to the airport to board a flight to Kathmandu. Meet and greet on arrival and transfer to Nagarkot, when weather permits this is an excellent place to see the sunset and rise over the Himalayas. Stay overnight.

DAY 19

Wake up early to witness a spectacular sunrise before we travel back to Kathmandu En-route visit Changu Narayan and Bhaktapur. Stay three nights.

DAY 20

We start our tour with a visit to the sacred temple known as Dakshinkali, then continue with sightseeing of Patan, the second-largest city in Nepal, visiting the Royal Palace and Durbar Square which are both UNESCO World Heritage sites.

DAY 21

This morning we visit Durbar Square and the Kumari Temple and explore the Swayambhunath Stupa, Boudhnath Stupa and Pashupatinath Temple. Enjoy an evening visit to Thamel Market.

DAY 22

After breakfast, transfer to Kathmandu airport and board your flight back home.
