Day 1, Sunday: New Delhi (Reporting time 1530hrs)

Departure: 1730hrs
Your majestic journey begins with Reception and traditional Indian style welcome at Safdarjung Railway Station. The luxurious Royal Rajasthan on Wheels takes you through a seven day exploration of the vibrant Rajasthan. The magic of the splendid journey begins at New Delhi and prepares you to weave the fabric of delightful imagination becoming reality over the next seven days. After check in, you would be escorted to the respective cabins. Feel the difference of the World in the moving Palace which empowers luxury and tradition hand to hand.

Day 2, Monday: Jodhpur

Arrival: 0915hrs, Departure: 1630hrs
The second largest city of the state of Rajasthan is famous for its magnificent Mehrangarh fort and Umaid Bhawan Palace. Another example of Rajput glory is the Jaswant Thande, which is ashrine built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant II in 1899. Lunch at the Fabulous 5 star hotel the residence of the present royalty (one of the best Rajasthani heritage hotels of Rajasthan).

Day 3, Tuesday: Udaipur

Arrival: 0700hrs, Departure: 1430hrs
Watermarked by whimsy and splendour, the Venice of the East holds as one of India’s truly seductive cities. Udaipur is an international destination unto itself, packed with princeliness and passion. Udaipur is raw Rajput dreaming, with palaces, Havelies, gardens and temples at every turn. After breakfast off board visit the beautiful princely city palace, lunch at 5 star Hotel and in the afternoon followed by a trip to the Crystal Gallery.

The story of Chittorgarh is a saga of valor, tenacity and sacrifice. The Fort of Chittorgarh is a treasure trove of history and offers to the traveller an insight into the life of the Great Rajput rulers. The Victory Tower or Vijay Stambh is one of the main tourist attractions of the fort. Gaumukh reservoir and the palace of queen padmini are important spots to the south of the Rana Kumbha palace.

Day 4, Wednesday: Sawai Madhopur

Arrival:0530hrs, Departure:0915hrs
Located in the eastern part of Rajasthan, Sawai Madhopur’s claim to fame today is the Ranthambhore Fort and Ranthambhore National Park to catch a glimpse of the Majestic Tigers roaming around in the open wilderness and also pay a visit to the imposing fort to turn a page in the history of Rajasthan. There is also a temple en route the park by name of Amareshwar Mahadeo Temple which can be visited by tourists.

Arrival: 1130hrs, Departure: 2215hrs
Welcome by caparisoned elephants and sweet music of the auspicious ‘shehnai! Watch the awesome ‘Hawa Mahal’ (The palace of winds), Jeep ride at Amber Fort, shopping of century’s old object de arts and other items. Lunch at a 5 star hotel and visit to the City palace residency of the erstwhile Maharaja of Jaipur which houses a museum of amazing centuries-old artifacts Observatory built by the founder of Jaipur Maharaja Sawai Jai –II who himself was noted astronomer. Dinner at Hotel Jai Mahal palace with cultural program.

Day 5, Thursday: Khajuraho

Arrival: 1045hrs, Departure: 2000hrs
The 9th to 12th century temples of Khajuraho is the evidences of the architectural geniuses during the rule of Chandela dynasty. Situated in Madhya Pradesh, India, Khajuraho oozes with passion, eroticism, dance and music and other finesses of creative arts depicted in sculpture and images of the temples. The 85 temples were built in North Indian ‘Nagar’ style of architecture; through only 20 of them have the rough weather conditions over long years of time.

Day 06, Friday: Varanasi (Banaras)

Arrival: 0700hrs, Departure: 1955hrs
Varanasi is the oldest city of the world. Varanasi is more then 3000 years old and is famous as the City of temples. In Varanasi, there are temples at every few paces. Jyotirlinga Visvantha Temple or Golden Temple, rebuilt in 1776, to Lord Shiva. The Jnana Vapi well (meaning ‘well of wisdom) is believed to have been dug by Lord Shiva himself. The Ganga Ghats (river front) are the most popular pilgrimage spot of Varanasi and are centers of music and learning. The holy city has been a symbol of spiritualism, philosophy and mysticism for thousands of years and has produced great saint and personalities like Gautama Buddha, Mahavira, Kabir, Tulsi Das, Shankaracharaya, Ramanuja and Patanjali.

Day 07, Saturday: Taj Mahal, Agra

Arrival: 1000hrs, Departure: 2100hrs
Agra is the one of the prominent destination of the World Tourism map, there heritage monuments The Taj Mahal, Fatehpur Sikri & Red Fort. It is a vibrant center of culture, Art and shaped Religious philosophies that have enriched mankind and shaped human thought over centuries. Agra is famous for handicrafts products such as Inlay work on Marvel, Leather work, Footwear, Brass-wear, carpets, Jewellery, Zari and Embroidery work.

Day 08, Sunday: Tour Ends at Delhi

Arrival: 0400hrs
Enjoy a farewell breakfast at 0700hrs before you disembark the train.
